Health And Beauty This Summer

What are you doing this summer to stay healthy and beautiful? 

There are obvious things everyone should do...

     1.) Wear sunscreen everyday 
     2.) Get exercise several days a week for at least one hour
     3.) Drink lots and lots of water throughout the day
     4.) Moisturize your skin 
     5.) Take a daily vitamin
     6.) Eat healthy foods 
     7.) And of course wear supportive footwear everyday. Your feet are the foundation of your body.
