New Arrivals!

We're all excited at E.G.Geller Shoes with our latest arrivals. As the new shoes flow in the door they are setting a wonderful tone for the upcoming fall season. Shoes have arrived from Mephisto, Theirry Rabotin and Anyi Lu and they look FABULOUS. We could not be more thrilled with the styles and comfort of these shoes.

Take a look at the new Mephisto Pakita in a beautiful beige suede with a latex, leather lined insole and a natural rubber bottom sole for great shock absorption.This shoe is a great everyday, casual or professional comfort shoe.

The Rabia is another great professional dress mary jane style heel in a black smooth leather. This shoe has a lower, wider heel for stability and comfort and a leather lined latex insole and natural rubber sole for great shock absorption and support.

Just when you think Anyi Lu's shoes can't get any better, they do. This fall from Anyi Lu we have the Harlem in a black smooth leather. This shoe is completely leather lined with very soft leather that fits the foot like a glove. Great everyday fashion comfort shoe.

Also, from Anyi Lu we have the classis tulip in a new fabulous leather. The tulip has arch support, poron cushioning, soft leather and great style. Many customers at E.G.Geller shoe claim to wear this shoe as an all day work shoe without little to no discomfort. This "metallic drop" black suede treated to look like a patent is very unique and very soft on the foot.

Thierry Rabotin has some amazing shoes this fall including the Cara which is breathtakingly unique. This closed shoe can be worn year round and functions as an everyday walking, comfort shoe. This shoe is made of the finest lambskin and is lambskin lined. The Cara has an adjustable strap for enhanced fit and is very lightweight.

If you're looking for something that can be a little more dressy, but still comfortable then the Theirry Rabotin GiGi might be the shoe from you. New in for fall 2010 the GiGi is in smooth black leather and is truly one of a kind. This shoe feels like a glove on the foot and provides arch support and cushioning.

Summer Sandal Time!

The weather is warm and we've all got out our old summer sandals, but don't you think its time for some new ones? Not only could we all use some new sandals, but we could all defiantly use some support in those sandals. Many women throw on the plastic summer flip flops without realizing the damage they are doing to their feet. When you don't support your arch it will fall over time and when you do not provide a substantial sole between you and the ground there is a good chance the natural cushioning on your feet will diminish over time. There are a ton of stylish yet supportive sandals to choose from at E.G.Geller. Some specific sandals I may suggest would be Finn Comfort's Catalina or the Adana. Both of these sandals have a TON of support with a cork and latex footbed that will conform to your foot over time and can be removed and replaced after a few years of wear. YES, I said a few years. Finn Comforts have a history of lasting a very long time because of the natural, long lasting materials and the great craftsmanship of the shoe. Mephisto is another fabulous company that makes a very supportive, seasonally reoccurring sandal called the Helen. The helen is a classic that has been produced and sold successfully for decades. Not only has this shoe been sold for decades it has also been known to last for decades. The Helen is handmade is France and consists of a natural rubber sole with a cork and latex insole that conforms to the foot for maximum support and cushioning. Aside from Mephisto and Finn Comfort there are also the Naot sandals and the Birkenstocks. Naot makes a lot of very stylish, lightweight, supportive sandals that also have a conforming cork and latex footbed. Naots are crafted in Israel and wear very well. Birkenstocks are their own genre of shoe that have been made for decades. They originally had pretty hard footbeds that conform over time and they still do, but they've also introduced a soft footbed that can be great for people who have never worn Birkenstocks before. All of the sandals I've discussed have wonderful support and style. You can wear them to dinner, to the beach or even around there house. There is nearly a sandal for every occasion.
